Who We Are:
The 'CCF Lethbridge Branch', formerly the "Southern Alberta Academy of Chefs" is a non-profit organization dedicated to the establishment and maintenance of professional standards for the Hospitality Industry in the Southern Alberta, Canada area.  'CCF Lethbridge' is the Southern Alberta branch of The Canadian Culinary Federation (CCFCC).

Our Mission:
To raise funds for two causes; half of the net profit to go to Child Find Alberta Lethbridge, half of the net profit to send junior member(s) to the Canadian Culinary Federation National Convention in Toronto in June 2007.

The Event:
Southern Alberta Grand Marnier Dessert Challenge
 

  • Five teams of gifted Chefs from Southern Alberta in direct competition before your very eyes
  • 150 very high quality, elegant exquisitely presented desserts, showcasing five different liqueurs from the House of Marnier
  • Tickets will cost $ 60.00 per person.

 Sponsorship:
Advertising for your organization as well as other event related opportunities dependant on the level of sponsorship.  All donations will be gratefully accepted.  We are seeking draw prizes to be given away at the event as well financial support to enable facilitation of the event.
