Our Mission:
To raise funds for two causes; half of the net profit to go to Child Find Alberta Lethbridge, half of the net profit to send junior member(s) to the Canadian Culinary Federation National Convention in Toronto in June 2007. The Event:
Southern Alberta Grand Marnier Dessert Challenge
- Five teams of gifted Chefs from Southern Alberta in direct competition before your very eyes
- 150 very high quality, elegant exquisitely presented desserts, showcasing five different liqueurs from the House of Marnier
- Tickets will cost $ 60.00 per person.
