- Powerpoint presentation by Doug on “ What the Chefs Association is all about,” for new members.
- Deb did an Elephant Ear Fundraiser
  Funds raised: $460.00 
  With half to support Chefs Assoc. & half to support Chinook Health
- Adam Essex to get “ Most Outstanding Student Award”
 Gift set to include Garde Manger set & Plaque. Every gift is going to be personalized. May have to set budget from $250.00 to higher.
- The Rookie a new Food Network show for Apprentices.
- Bottle Drive Fundraiser reminder on Sat Nov. 13th @ 10am
- Perogie Fundraser

   With half going to Lethbridge College Student Food bank
