Important Motions & Agenda:
- New Secure chef shopping on CCFCC website, follow the links
- Food TV Canada new program “ The Rookie” 
Darcy Peters submitted an application & got short listed, awaiting further information.
- New member payments given to Debbie
- Michael Smith, host of Chef at Large is asking for donations for Child Find Canada & under privileged children
- Chef Parker has intention of attending Skills Canada in Edmonton this year, and for all culinary apprentices to attend as well. Also if any delegates from SACC want to attend they are more then welcome.
- Knorr Compitition- Stephinie Booker is going to apply for Provincials.
- Jan 17th/09 Bottle Drive reminder
- Mushroom Seminar went over awesome, great turnout. Gas receipts from Alberta Micro-logical Society submitted & must be paid.
- Mise en Place- SAAC to have a write up in next issue, about 2 months
- February 2nd 09 Dinner meeting reminder at Average Joes West
- March Champagne tasting reminder
- Blake Chapman asked Doug to be candidate for “Chef Challenge” verdict, “ Maybe”
- Bank statements handed over to Debbie
- B.C Chefs news and DVD handed out for everyone to have a look.
- Pork Demo at Lethbridge College on April 30th 09. CCFCC members welcome to attend.
- Casino Lethbridge. Application has been denied 3 times over. Not exactly clear why, still working on.
Junior News:
- Chili Cook off is a go for April 18th 09 Location has been confirmed.
- Goal this month is to find restraunts that want to participate.
- Chili cook off to appear in the Community Calander
