National Chef Conference in Kelowna: All was good, would have liked more educational seminars. Biggest gathering of Junior members at any National Conference yet. Next years National Conference to be held in Windsor, Ont. Junior Chef Day: Possible Ideas to hold a trade show with food demo's. Not feasible as of yet. Junior's brainstorm, and come up with some different ideas. Question for discussion: Why aren't more Chefs joining our association? Let's find out why, talk to our employers and colleges. Lethbridge College to be added to National website, as a college of culinary training. Greg Moody to go talk to Rogers Sugar about being a corporate sponsor to Team Alberta Steph and Daicya up for Junior President & Junior Vise President 2010.
