Minutes Of the S.A.A.C meeting Held on June 7, 2010 In Attendance: Doug, Joyce, Greg, Daicya, Chris, Curtis, Amanda, Debbie, Jenn Meeting called to order by Doug at 7:13pm Seconded by Curtis Code of ethics read by Jen President’s Report: Dinner in Med Hat on June 18. Curtis had typed menu for us to look at. So far Curtis, Joyce, Amanda, Lawrence and Debbie are going to help. May be a meeting in August for Regina, Lethbridge, Calgary and saskatchewan in Med hat. Will let us know. Reminder about International Chefs day on Oct 21 at the food bank kitchen. April 9 there will be a dinner done all acrooss Canada by all branches called the Pasta festival. It will be featuring pasta and mussels from PEI. Doug has been asked to judge a shellfish competition in PEi on the weekend of September 23. Darrell from tobasco has offered a training demo to anyone interested. We will look into and get back to you. Our bylaws need to have some clear cut guidelines for our juniors behaviour when on conference. Will look into when redoing bylaws at a later date. We need to discuss the possibility of hostin a National Conference in Lethbridge. Discussions went araound what kind of things we could do. There seemed to be alot of support. Doug wanted everyone to be on board and committed. He was going to talk to the National President later in the week. Will get back to us with more information. Junior’s Report: Nothing to report.
