-	Meeting called to order at 7:05pm

-	Great turn out to meeting, filled with a lot of 1st year Diploma Students and WAT students

-	Dec 6: Potato Growers Educational Seminar at LC restaurant(7pm)

-	April 9/2011, Pasta Festival at Park Place Mall? Mussels being donated by branches on the east coast.

-	Doug in PEI (Sept 16-19), judging a competition.

-	Knives now $240/set instead of $210, Doug is working with Perfect Edge for what the Association will get back.

-	Rum Ball Fundraiser is in December; last year we did a cookie exchange, good reviews. This year we are using the rum from our seminar from rum tasting to make the products.

-	Doug in Luxembourg with: Culinary Team Canada in November.

-	We will be taking Lets Pasta off of our Website.

-	Alzheimer’s Fundraiser: we had great reviews; we are getting events out of the fundraiser. Next April, we will be doing another event with them.

-	Could be a sit down dinner, themed around beer.

-	Debbie did a BBQ in the summer for one of the auction winners of the event. She is doing another one Sept.11/10

-	Some products leftover from the event.

-	Proposed New Membership for Evan: Doug and Greg 1st and 2nd the notice

-	Welcomed at 7:45pm

-	National conference in Vancouver. Next year.

-	All junior positions will now be voted upon.

-	Open floor for Junior President and junior VP

-	Daicya and James put their names forward for Junior President.

-	Daicya was elected to the role as Junior President.

-	Joyce, Katie, Lacey, Ryland put their names forward for Junior Vice President

-	Joyce was elected to the role as Junior Vice President.
